By accessing or using mathrix.world ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
Description of Service
Mathrix World is an AI-powered educational platform for data analysis experiments. Users run "theorems" using AI agents to analyze data, detect patterns, and generate insights. The platform integrates with Solana wallets (Phantom) for authentication and access control.
User Accounts
There are no traditional user accounts. Authentication is handled via Solana wallet connection using Phantom or compatible wallets. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Mathrix World never has access to your private keys.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the platform's API, attempt to exploit or break the AI systems, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Rate limits apply: 2 theorems/day for guests, 5/day for connected wallets, and unlimited for $MATHRIX token holders. We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Mathrix World. Theorem results generated by your use of the platform belong to you. You may use your results for any lawful purpose.
Token Disclaimer
$MATHRIX is a utility token used within the Mathrix platform. It is not a security and does not represent ownership in Mathrix World. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. The token's value may fluctuate and could go to zero. Users should conduct their own research before acquiring any token. $MATHRIX may not be available in restricted jurisdictions.
AI Disclaimer
Theorem results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. Results do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mathrix World shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages from reliance on AI-generated results, loss of data, or loss of funds.
Modifications
Mathrix World reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
